Located in Frederick MD is a quaint corner coffee shop, Ibiza Café. Relatively new to Frederick, this small gem has yet to break out into the eyes of Frederick’s Best. Any Frederick city-goers interested in traveling the world? Ibiza café has just what you're looking for but way cheaper! Visit this café, and you will find yourself immersed in a world of flavor. 

A Worldly Cup
Considering the size of the café, Ibiza certainly has distant roots. Their coffee blends some very authentic flavors with origins such as Brazil, Colombia, and Ethiopia. You can see their influences even in the atmosphere upon entering, the interior is a striking blend of rustic small-town and Mediterranean shore. Their menu also extends beyond their worldly coffee, Ibiza café boasts a selection of organic tea from the farms of Taiwan, specialty bubble teas, and foods from a wide range of influence. 

Fall in Love
The menu, the atmosphere, the service, what's not to love? This definitely includes their delicious Earl Grey... conveniently named “Fall in Love”. One thing I fell in love with is the price versus the quality. While this shop may be more inconveniently placed, their prices are worth the trip. Also considering their imported and authentic coffee and tea, they give a great price and great, friendly service. 

Which Wich?
While food options are few, they make up for it with quality. You will not find food in any other coffee shops like you do in Ibiza Café. Panme, Sanme, Bagme, count me in for these sandwiches. Reasonably priced and delicious, their food menu also offers substitutions for gluten-free coffee shop goers. They also have a fair amount of vegan options which rounds out their menu and creates an inviting place for everyone. 

Conclusion
Ibiza Cafe in Frederick, MD, is a charming and authentic Mediterranean cafe that delivers both flavor and atmosphere. I gave this café a 3.7 out of 5 for a few shortcomings, but what they to they do great. Their great service and openness make it a must-visit for anyone seeking an escape to Ibiza without leaving the heart of Maryland.
